Everyone at The University of Southern California knows Delta Tau. The fraternity most guys wish they could join. They are known for their wild parties and good looking guys. On the third floor at the end of the hallway lives the fraternity president, Oliver Reyes. Olly, as most people call him, grew up in Long Beach, California with his adoptive parents and older sister. He had a great childhood. The Reyes family is your typical American upperclass family with a working father and a stay at home mother. Olly has always been close to his mother, even though he thinks she is the most embarrassing person walking on earth. She is a great mother though. She is the type of mother who always drove her kids everywhere, she made cupcakes for the cake sales in middle school and always encouraged her children to be their best selves. He loves her, but he still hasn’t forgiven her for embarrassing him on his first day of college. She showed up at his frat house and openly in front of everyone gave him a pack of condoms saying “I don’t want to be a grandmother before you graduate”. His frat brothers still tease him about it. And like it isn’t horrible enough to have an embarrassing mother, he also has an embarrassing older sister. He doesn’t know why, he thinks it’s because she wants him to suffer, but she constantly tries to befriend his friends and tell them every embarrassing story she has about him - especially the one about the first time he got drunk because she was the one who gave 18 years old Oliver too much to drink when their parents weren’t home. He ended up crying because as he said: “because I only have two hands to pet cute cats with, and there are more than two cats in the world.” And that wouldn’t be such an embarrassing story if you looked past the fact that even now, years later, he tends to still cry about the same thing when he’s drunk. But Olly just really loves cats. He has two framed photo of his cat on his bedside table. No pictures of his family, no pictures of his friends. Just two pictures of good old Nugget, his cat that still lives at his parents’ house in Long Beach. But crying about cats isn’t the only stupid thing Olly does when he’s drunk. He tends to drink too much at parties. He is always that guy who thinks he can hold his liquor but ends up fucking up because he gets too wasted. He doesn’t fuck up in the term of getting into fights or one night stands with girls he doesn’t want anything to do with the next day. No. He fucks everything up for himself. Multiple times he has woken up in another city without knowing where he was or how he got there. His worst night was when he recently emptied his account to buy flight tickets to Las Vegas. That night he met a girl at a club and ended up marrying her the same night he met her. Let’s just say he still hasn’t told his mother, that he is married to a complete stranger just because he thought she was beautiful. Just like he hasn’t told his mother, that he has his ex-girlfriend's name tattooed on his thigh in big bold capital letters. A girlfriend he only dated for 2 months. Some other good stories are that time he got a full body wax, when he colored his hair blue two days before his aunt's wedding just so it would match his date’s dress, or maybe that time he spent $2000 on alcohol in one night is worth mentioning. Alcohol has a horrible influence on him because he feels like nothing matters and he is invincible, yet he always wakes up with countless regrets. When Olly is drunk, he will do anything, as long as you phrase is “I dare you to …”. Luckily for himself and everyone around him, he tends to only fuck things op for himself, it is not often that other people are affected by his stupid choices. Oliver was mainly raised by his mother because his father always worked. His mother always put her feelings into everything and tried to be optimistic about everything, which has influenced him a lot. He tends to be blindly optimistic and can come across as a little bit careless and irresponsible. He values his freedom a lot, he doesn’t want to be held back by anything. He just wants to live his life to it's fullest - which is why he keeps drinking even though it never ends well for him. But he likes the adventure and he wants stories to tell his kids when he starts his own family. Olly is already thinking about family and who he wants to start it with. He is a family oriented person and has always been. He is searching for the perfect girl to spend his future with, but he also tends to rush into relationships too fast. He is the type to fall for a girl too fast and he puts too much effort into relationships just for them to fall apart within months. He falls in love too easily - probably because he is more into the thought of a loving relationship rather than the girl he is dating. He wants to settle down with the love of his life, but for him, the love of his life changes every few months. But don’t mistake him as a player. He is very sweet and would never just use girls for his own pleasure. Even if he falls in love often, he is in love nonetheless. He cares about the girls and actually wants it to work, but it never lasts for him. Love that comes fast goes fast, so he is always onto a new girl rather fast.
